Tag Roundup

With Christmas being less than a week away, I can imagine that some of you (definitely not me – I’m just guessing here) are running around, buying last minute gifts and trying to get the wrapping done.

Here’s a quick tag we made at an event I held this past weekend. I named the gathering “Last Minute Gift Giving” – attendees had a buffet of choices for projects: gift tags, gift card holders, and gift bags. We had some fun for sure. (It was part crafting session, part decompressing session).

We started with a 3″ x 6″ of DSP and cut it into a 3″ x 4″, leaving a 3″ x 2″ piece. We used the Very Best Trio punch to notch out the corners of the 3″ x 4″ DSP (I used some of the Sale-A-Bration paper that was available in over the summer). We cut out a circle of glimmer paper using my fave – Stylish Shapes dies. Then we punched a deer out of the 3″ x 2″ piece of DSP (The other side was white). We punched a hole at the top of the tag and looped some ribbon through. Pretty quick and quite adorable if you ask me….

Here are some other tags I’ve made this past year – I hope you find some inspiration in them:

Have a happy crafty day – and power through – you can do it!!
