Okay – I had to keep playing with the stamp set from this month’s Paper Pumpkin (see my first alternative here). And while I couldn’t bring myself to cut up any of the cards that came with the kit, I did want to make some more cards.
I went with this design – something really simple:

I used the Stampin’ Up! Basic White Note cards as my base here (have you bought any yet?) and simply stamped 4 Santa images in the Early Espresso that came in the kit. Then I stamped a fifth Santa and colored him in using some Blends. I fussy cut that image and adhered him to the card front using Dimensionals. Then I stamped the sentiment in Early Espresso on a scrap of Cherry Cobbler, angled the edges, and affixed with some Dimensionals.
What do you think? I love the contrasting look of the colorful Santa in the middle.
