Join Stampin’ Up!

Another great Join promotion ends on Halloween – spooky!

A few times a year, Stampin’ Up! runs some great promotions for those curious crafters that want to join as demonstrators. This October has been one of those promotion periods.

The starter kit usually includes $125 worth of product for $99 – but for October, Stampin’ Up! has upped that number to $155!! And you still get the usual perk of free shipping, free business supplies, a free past Paper Pumpkin kit, and the community of some pretty awesome and creative people.

So why did I join over 6 years ago? Did I want to have a blog, a YouTube channel, and hold classes? NOPE! Like the majority of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators, I wanted the discount. You get 20% off of all purchases. Ummm, hello! That helps feed my crafty appetite on a budget. Once I joined, I realized that Stampin’ Up! was so much bigger than just my little group of Stampin’ friends. I was fortunate to attend a local On Stage my first year and wow – that was fun!!! Giveaways, make and takes, and an atmosphere that was honestly refreshing.

So often nowadays with social media, isn’t there this constant push to be perfect and curated and completely hash-tagged? When I am stamping, sure – I aim for the most perfect project. But guess what? Creativity isn’t always a perfect process but stamping and papercrafting has definitely helped me learn to role with the punches. There is no mistake that an embellishment can’t fix – ha! Hanging out with my Stampin’ friends really is the most relaxing and re-energizing activities I take part in. Don’t we all need that sort of break?

If you are reading this and are like hmmm, I need to join and be on Jen’s Team (name to be determined – I want something fun….), you can click here.

If you aren’t sure and have questions, contact me (check out the contact page – all my details are there).

If you are reading this and are saying, “Can you just give me more pretty projects, Jen?” – have no fear, I’ll have another project for you tomorrow. I just wanted to extend the opportunity as it was to me so many years ago.

I’ll be working on my calendar of events (and trying to add that here on my blog so it’s easier to see) – so keep an eye out. I’ll be having an Open House and some beginner events for those that follow me but say to themselves, “I can’t stamp! It’s impossible” – I can’t wait to prove you wrong – hee hee!

Have a great day – and do anything creative – it’ll make you feel better!
