Country Lane Valentine Box

One of the best parts of being a part of the Stampin’ Up! community is the constant creative inspiration always coming your way. Whether it’s through pins on Pinterest using the products, Facebook groups showing off creations, or Instagram Reels showing quick and fun tips, there is always something new to see.

Stampin’ Up! certainly gets in on the action, too! As a demonstrator, I receive weekly emails with updates and more. This week’s email had a fun #CreativeChallengeSU. What’s that? Stampin’ Up! shows a fun project with some details and then gives you the chance to run with it. I’ll be honest, this is the first time I’ve ever actually done one. The week gets so hectic sometimes, right? I saw this project they sent this morning:

I knew I had to give it a go – the instructions are basic for the box. The hard part is to decide how to jazz yours up!

Basically, you take a piece of 7″ x 7″ cardstock, score at 1 1/4″ on all side, notch out the sides and make a box. For the lid, take a piece of 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper, score at 3/4″ on all side and do the same.

I went with a blue theme – because why not? Valentine’s don’t have to be red and pink all the time, do they?

The possibilities are endless! The box is quite roomy, too. You could modify the size to what you need following that easy formula. What color/product combinations would you try? Please show me in the comments – I’d love to see your projects.

Here are the products that I used:
