Creatively Connected with CardNMum May 2026
Last night during Creatively Connected with CardNMum, we spent some time playing with fun folds, texture, and whimsical embellishments — and these cards came together so beautifully!
I love how versatile these layouts are. With just a few changes in colors, papers, and focal images, each card took on a completely different feel while still using the same basic concept.
Let’s Celebrate Card
This bright and cheerful balloon card is perfect for birthdays or celebrations. The soft coral tones paired with pops of yellow and pink make it feel happy and festive, while the stamped streamers add movement and fun. I used the new Balloon Festoon bundle to make this card.
Beautiful Life Card
This design has such an elegant and peaceful feel. The embossed background adds subtle texture, and the butterflies create the perfect finishing touch. I love how soft and delicate the color palette turned out on this one. I also used some Wink of Stella and the new white gel pen!
Feel Better Soon Card
And of course… we had to make something a little playful too! This “ouch” card is such a fun way to send encouragement to someone needing a smile. The dimensional bandages add so much personality and make this card impossible not to grin at.
