Gathering Together In Color Card

I was able to get my hands on some of the new products that will be available to you starting on September 5th. One of my favorites is the new Gathering Together Suite Collection. It is the essence of autumn – take a look:

A collection of patterned paper sheets in autumn colors, a stamp set titled 'Gathering Moments', and various die-cut shapes, including leaves and embellishments, arranged on a light background.

While I was using this collection and letting my creativity run around, I thought I’d make a card using our In Colors. I chose Timid Tiger and Secret Sea – here it is:

A handcrafted greeting card featuring an orange textured background with the words 'Expressing heartfelt gratitude' in an elegant font, decorated with flower accents, placed on top of a collection of crafting supplies including a stamp set.

My card base is Secret Sea and measures 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″. My Timid Tiger Panel if 4″ x 5 1/4″. I embossed it using the Gathering Leaves Embossing Folder. What a sweet pattern.

I stamped my sentiments on a scrap of Basic White using Secret Sea ink. I then cut it out using one of the dies from the Nested Essentials dies. I stamped a few berry branches in Timid Tiger, cut them out using the coordinating dies, and affixed to the left of the sentiment.

A handmade card featuring an embossed Timid Tiger panel with a leaf pattern, a white die-cut sentiment that reads 'Expressing heartfelt gratitude', and decorative berry branches in Timid Tiger color.

I hope you like it – and are as excited about this new collection coming in September.
