Wildflower Birthday Card

I’ve been on a birthday kick this week. The Wildflower Birthday Suite Collection is great for that!

Yesterday, on my social media, I shared this cute card. I used the Party Dies Bundle to help with this card.

A birthday card featuring the letter 'L' in a plaid design, surrounded by colorful balloons and a decorative banner with tassels. The background has floral patterns and gold accents.

Today, I’m sharing this card:

A colorful birthday card featuring 'Happy Birthday' text, cupcakes, and decorative elements, placed on a background with a birthday celebration stamp set.

I used a card base of Pretty in Pink (5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″). I used a 2″ x 4 1/4″ piece of DSP with a mat of Basic White cut at 2 1/8″ x 4 3/8″. I then cut 4 pieces of DSP into 1″ squares. I used mats of 1 1/8″ x 1 1/8″. I adhered those to the card front as shown.

I took two pieces of gold mesh ribbon and adhered them to the card front using glue dots. I stamped my sentiment in Peach Pie and then fussy cut the words out. I adhered those above the gold ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I used two of the cupcake cutouts from the DSP pack and placed those on the card using some more Dimensionals. I did the same with the golden banner.

I finished the card off with the Party Dots in the collection. Do you like this card? I hope so – it was really fun to make!

Thank you so much for stopping by and taking a look at my projects. I’d love to see yours so feel free to drop them in the comments.
