Twisted in Time Card
I am using the Twisted in Time bundle again today for this card. My first card was a little more simple and the second stepped it up a bit. I used a lot of different techniques for this card.
My card base is Copper Clay (5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″). I then used my Aqua Painters, Shaded Spruce and Balmy Blue ink pads to paint a background on a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. I then stamped those fun artsy images in the corners of this piece using Misty Moonlight ink.
I stamped and cut my tree out. I stamped my sentiment in Versamark and used copper embossing powder to cover that. I set with my Heat Tool. I colored a small piece of Black and Very Vanilla Large Check Ribbon using a Balmy Blue Stampin’ Blend (one of my favorite ways to change the color of a ribbon).
I cut some border pieces from some Misty Moonlight using the dies from the bundle. I adhered those as show to the Fluid 100 panel. I covered the slight gap they made by wrapping my ribbon around and securing that to the back using tape.
I mounted this panel to the card base using Dimensionals. I then used Dimensionals to adhere the tree and sentiment.
I really like this color combo – how about you?
