Here is another card made with the Heart Shaped Bundle from Stampin’ Up! I used 3 colors (Basic Black, Basic White, and Real Red) that I always love putting together. This is a straight-forward card. The Real Red base is 4 1/4″ x 11″ that is scored at 5 1/2″ on the long side. The…
Let’s keep those lovey-dovey feelings going from last week. Here is a card I made using the Heart Shaped Bundle from Stampin’ Up! I started with a card base of Pool Party (8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″ on the long side). I then took a 3 1/2″ square piece of Fluid…
This card, using the combination of the Corner in Bloom and Simply Said stamp sets, might just be my favorite. It also used two techniques I usually do not use – watercolor pencil coloring and fussy cutting. I used the largest floral corner image from the set and stamped that to make a rectangle. I…
Here is Sketch #20 – I hope it inspires you. I envisioned patterned paper, a panel, and a sentiment which was topped off with a bow. I made this card using the sketch: Isn’t that paper fun? It’s the new 6″ x 6″ Fruit Salad DSP – it’s a Sale-A-Bration product. You can earn it…
Who doesn’t get excited during Sale-A-Bration? A new mini catalog launches with great products – and then an extra catalog of items you can get for free comes along! It’s a great time of year. In all the excitement, sometimes the Annual Catalog gets a little lost. So I thought why not pair some items…
I am using the Twisted in Time bundle again today for this card. My first card was a little more simple and the second stepped it up a bit. I used a lot of different techniques for this card. My card base is Copper Clay (5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″). I…
Earlier this week, I shared a simple card made with the Twisted in Time bundle. Today, this card steps it up just a little bit. Instead of just ink and paper, I added in the beautiful dies that come with the set. I used a card base of Petal Pink (5 1/2″ x 8 1/2,…
Do you remember the first time you stamped something? You lifted that stamp off the page and saw the image you made on the paper – I sure do and it was love at first … stamp? Haha! I think I may have experienced that again with this stamp set while making this simple but…
This card is a combo of Boho Blue and Lemon Lime Twist – I like the way it works. I wouldn’t have tried it but my trusty Color Coach said it should work and voila! The strips of Lemon Lime Twist DSP are cut at 1″ x 5 1/2″. I stamped little background images in…
Here is Sketch #19 from yours truly. It’s a simple one but I really like it. Here is my example: Do you like how I put the bow on the top instead of the middle? I always do things like that – I definitely won’t blame it on running around my house while trying to…
