Traditions of Christmas Card

A handmade card with a red background featuring a decorative floral panel in gold, red, and green, along with an embossed oval label that says 'just for you.'

This week I am using products from the Traditions of Christmas Suite Collection:

Collection of Christmas crafting supplies including stamp sets, patterned paper, ribbon, and metal die cuts.

This card is a pretty simple one – I’ll give you the measurements for the paper needed:

  • Cherry Cobbler card stock: 4 1/4″ x 11″, scored at 5 1/2″ on the long side
  • Gold foil sheet: 3 1/4″ x 3 1/4″
  • Traditions of Christmas Designer Series Paper: 3″ x 3″
  • Basic White: 4″ x 5 1/4″ (inside panel) and a scrap at least 2″ x 3″

I stamped some images from the Christmas Greenery set in Cherry Cobbler ink on the card front (to make is less boring). I adhered the DSP to the foil piece with liquid glue and then popped it up on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I stamped my sentiment (from the Traditional Labels bundle) in Mossy Meadow and cut it out with a coordinating label die. Easy but very pretty.

Here are the products that I used to make this card:
