Gingerbread Man Oh Snap Card

A handmade card featuring a gingerbread man with a missing piece, accompanied by a speech bubble saying 'OH snap!' and various decorative embellishments.

Uh oh! Gingie had an accident – poor guy!

Here are the measurements for the card:

  • Basic White: 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/2″ on the long side; scrap for sentiment
  • Early Espresso: 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″
  • Neutrals DSP in Pecan Pie: 4″ x 5 1/4″
  • Pecan Pie: 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″

I stamped my gingerbread cookie outline in Versamark on the Pecan Pie panel and covered in white embossing powder. I heat set it with my Heat Tool and then fussy cut the image out. I used the zig-zag die from the bundle to cut poor Gingie’s leg.

I layered the Pecan Pie DSP onto the Early Espresso panel and adhered that to the card front. I placed my cookie pieces on the card front where I wanted them so that I could stamp a few crumbs in Pecan Pie. Once that was done, I used Dimensionals to adhere the cookie and his broken leg to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment onto a scrap of Basic White in Early Espresso and cut out using the speech bubble die. I marked up the edges using a blending brush with some Early Espresso ink. I adhered that to the card front using Dimensionals, as well. I finished the card off with some Neutral Matte Dots.

Here are the products that I used to make this (I hope I never have to send it to anyone):
