Fright Night Surprise Card

A colorful Halloween-themed card featuring spooky graphics like a black cat, a witch hat, and bats, with text that reads 'Fright Night Boo Beware October 31 Spooky Scare EEK!' adorned with a purple ribbon.

Boo! I used the July Online Exclusive Fright Night Bundle to make this fun Halloween card!

I created the card front using various sized strips of card stock (between 1/2″ to 1″) applied at diagonals. I glued these strips down to a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Basic Black card stock and then trimmed the sides. I glued this panel down to a Basic Black card base ( 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″ on the long side).

I created the labels using the dies from the bundle. I heat embossed with white powder on Basic Black and black powder on the Highland Heather.

I cut out some spider webs from Smoky Slate cardstock. I applied adhesive sheets on the back of these pieces prior to cutting so that applying them to the inside panel was much less messy. I cut Boo! out of Basic Black and sparkled it up using some Wink of Stella.

I don’t want to give the surprise away here – you’ll have to watch the video for your laugh!

What do you think? Did you laugh? I hope so – haha
