Twisted in Time Friendship Card
Do you remember the first time you stamped something? You lifted that stamp off the page and saw the image you made on the paper – I sure do and it was love at first … stamp? Haha! I think I may have experienced that again with this stamp set while making this simple but pretty card.
I went with a basic format of card base of Very Vanilla (4 1/4″ x 11″, scored at 5 1/2″). I added a mat of Old Olive (4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″) to that using liquid glue. I then stamped my images and sentiment on another panel of Very Vanilla (4″ x 5 1/4″). I used Garden Green and Early Espresso for my ink colors. The stamps make such a crisp image – I love it!

Beautiful card! I just received this stamp set and can’t wait to play with it. I am wondering if your card base is actually cut at 5 1/2 and scored at 4 1/4? It looks like that from the picure and the way the tree height is on the top vanilla layer. Yet your instructions for the base is 4 1/4 x 11 and scord at 5 1/2? Just curious. Thank you

The card is 4 1/4″ tall and 11″ long (scored at 5 1/2″ on the 11″ side) – it’s a ‘landscape’ card instead of the usual ‘portrait’ type of card.
