Merry & Bright Gift Card Holder

Here’s a gift card holder made using some products from the Merry Bold & Bright Suite collection and the Scalloped Gift Card Boxes. Did you see I’m these in the annual catalog?

The box was made so I just had to decorate. I used a some strips of DSP to decorate the sides of the box and then embossed another piece using the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing folder for the top of the box.

I used the Sending Cheers dies to make the cute little Santa hat (the Textured In Color paper gave the hat a nice little something extra). I used the Deckled Circles dies to make the sentiment (I used the 3rd and 4th smallest dies in that set). I stamped the sentiment in Shaded Spruce and then went over that with a Blending Brush and Balmy Blue to add a little color. I cut a small length of ribbon in half for a smaller look.

Do you give gift cards? This is a great way to present them.
