Lovely & Beautiful Suite Collection Gift Box

There are so many possibilities with the Lovely & Beautiful Suite Collection. Cards, tags, scrapbook pages – the list goes on and on. I tried my hand at a tiny gift box. I used a technique I picked up at the Brushed with Beauty Craft Class offered by Stampin’ Up! (It was soo much fun and the projects were gorgeous!)

I started with a piece of the Lovely & Beautiful 12″ x 12″ Specialty Designer Series Paper:

Isn’t it pretty – the foil accents in the paper are beautiful! The paper I started with measured 7″ x 5 1/2″. I scored 1″ on all four sides and then at 3″, 4″, and 6″ on the 7″ side. I burnished well and formed my box. I then stamped my sentiment in Calypso Coral ink on a vellum tag included in the Beautifully Adorned Ephemera Pack.

I tied the tag onto the box using a 24″ length of White with Gold Trim.

A little box this size would be great for favors, too – not just gifts.
