Floral Charm Suite Collection Thank You Card
I decided to do a little ‘water coloring’ on this card I made using the new Floral Charm Suite Collection. I should say, rather, some “Wink-of-Stella” coloring – haha!
My card base is Soft Sea Foam and is the standard 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″ on the long side. On the card front, I have a panel of Mossy Meadow (3 5/8″ square) with a Basic White panel (3 1/2″ square). I used a 1″ tall piece of Basic White and Mossy Meadow for my sentiment.
For that awesome floral image, I stamped in Versamark, covered in clear embossing powder, and heat set. I used a drop of Timid Tiger Ink and a some Wink of Stella to color the flower in. I used the same process but with Mossy Meadow for the leaves.
Isn’t that fun? The pictures don’t do it justice – it’s gorgeous. Give this technique a go, you won’t regret it!
